Yoga Synthesis offers a full schedule of Vinyasa based classes for all levels, including Mysore and Led Ashtanga.
Our newly designed yoga center contains two spacious studios, bamboo floors and convenient on-site parking. We are located in Ramsey, Bergen County, NJ, within easy access of Morris, Essex, Passaic Counties and Rockland County, NY and local to Mahwah, Oakland, Franklin Lakes, Wyckoff, Upper Saddle River, Allendale, Park Ridge, Ridgewood and Waldwick.
